Successfully representing an individual who sought more than $1.5 million from an insurance company which issued him a $15 million life insurance policy, which he understood to be guaranteed but which the insurance company later indicated would lapse absent the payment of more than $1 million.
Successfully prosecuting a legal malpractice claim where the plaintiff sought more than $1 million in damages.
